You can return our products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that refurbished products are not eligible for returns.

No, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, for orders that are not eligible for free returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that the original shipping cost you paid will not be refunded. Your refund will only cover the price of the items purchased.
The return shipping cost will be equivalent to the actual cost we incur to ship your order with Try-Glow. You have the option to return the goods using an insured, trackable carrier method of your choice, and we will refund the value of the items returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy. Alternatively, we can provide pre-paid FedEx return shipping labels via email.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
We ship most of our orders in same day, and if orders are placed after 2pm, we ship them the next day.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
What Shipping Service Do you use?
We ship domestically using USPS or FedEx and internationally using DHL.

Do you ship to APO, DPO, or FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses! Simply enter your APO, DPO, or FPO address at checkout, and we'll ensure your order reaches your postal destination promptly and securely.

Due to our rapid processing times, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been placed.
